Dan Skaramuca founded a photography studio called Portrait World in 1981 that was committed to quality portraiture at affordable prices and in 1991 the business was renamed Contempo Portrait Studio. During these years the studio has migrated around Olympia from downtown to the westside then to the eastside searching for that "ideal location".
